Arkoza warrants products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for five years after original purchase date to the original owner. Proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim to be approved. The warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.

To begin a warranty claim, contact Arkoza or the retailer where your crank arms were purchased. Do not send your crank arms back until you receive a return authorization (RA) number.
Failure to use correct installation or removal tools can result in damage not covered by warranty. This warranty does not apply to components incorrectly installed or adjusted according to the Arkoza installation instructions. This warranty does not apply to products installed with non-Arkoza or third party hardware. Installation instructions can be found with your product or online at arkoza.shop.

This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by crash, impact, or unusual installations resulting in subjecting the product to excessive forces or loading beyond its design.
This warranty does not apply when the product has been altered or modified from its original function or appearance. Any and all modifications, including painting or abrasive cutting, to a Arkoza product voids the warranty. This warranty is not valid for abused or neglected products.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. Wear and tear refers to the deterioration of the product as a result of normal use. Wear and tear will depend on many factors including frequency of use and environmental conditions.

It is important to routinely clean and inspect your Arkoza product. This is especially important if you ride in more extreme conditions such as rain, mud, or snow. Failure to do so may accelerate deterioration from normal use.
If a defect is found, our entire liability and your sole remedy shall be, at our option, free repair or replacement of the Arkoza product. Except as expressly required by law, Arkoza shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Arkoza reserves the sole right to determine, in its discretion, whether a product has been used, installed, or maintained in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, and whether such use voids warranty coverage.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that can vary by region.
