All products must be in new, unused condition, and with the original packaging intact. Please note that Arkoza reserves the right to deny any return that is used, damaged, or missing original packaging.

Do not send any product back before contacting Arkoza. Contact one of our representatives to have a return authorization (RA) number created for you. Once product is received and inspected, a refund of the product cost and sales tax will be processed for you. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by Arkoza.
